What you all have been waiting for . . .

Yeah I know it is beer you are actually waiting for.  With this new brew system we should be able to satisfy the Roundhouse faithful in the coming months.  Some of you might be wondering what exactly you are looking at.  We are installing a seven barrel brew system.  A barrel is a unit of measurement that equals 31 gallons. You remember those kegs of Old Milwaukee that you did keg stands on in college?  Those were half barrels or 15.5 gallon kegs.  So one batch of beer brewed on this system equals 217 gallons or 14 college party kegs.

Thats all the math for today.  Keep on Chugging . . . Responsibly

A big shout out to Hy-Tec for their expert handling of the brewing equipment.  If you need a cat out of a tree these are the guys to call.

Seriously, this is how hardcore these Hy-tec guys are.  Notice how he is a barehanding stainless steel that has been sitting out in below zero temperatures.  This guy is getting a free beer or two.

Picture of our brewmaster Chuck soon after throwing the children off the brew system screaming "It's mine, all mine!" The children suffered only minor injuries.
